Galaxy S Pincode Lockscreen
Hello,
I'm new to the android world and i'm enjoying it
I've bought a Samsung Galaxy S and I have a question about the lockscreen. It is a Samsung with a fysical home button and to touch button, but i didn't saw that type so i post it in the Tmobile section because i'm on tmobile (netherlands)
I protected my device with a pin code. But i find it annoying that i've to press 'ok' when i'm done. I also have an ipod ( no, i'm not an apple fanboy ) and when you entered 4 numbers it automatically unlucked.
Is there something i can do to get that same 'push four numbers ( the right one ofcource ) and then it automatically unlucks, without pressing ok' thing.
Thank u, and have a nice day

Re: Galaxy S Pincode Lockscreen
i think the reason why they do that is for added security. because the android pin can be any amount of numbers past 4 as well.
as oppose to the ipod pin, which is mandated to be 4 and 4 only. its programmed to recognize that 4 numbers have been entered and accepts it.
i dont think theres anyway around it. - 07-20-2011, 05:07 PM
