Yes its rooted but nothing there but drocap2 requires root

Download a home launcher like "LauncherPro" or "ADW" or "aHome" from the Market. These are apps that replace your current TWLauncher and make it WAY more personalizable! My favorite is LauncherPro Plus. It costs a little extra but it is WAY better and has more features and widgets! PM me if you need more help!
