Screen brightness question...

Hey guys, I noticed in the browser settings that you can change the brightness seperately from the phones regular display brightness. But I also noticed that the level of brightness in the browser is significantly lower when its on the highest setting than the brightness for the main display. Anybody know how to fix this where its all the same? I want websites to show up just as bright as my home screen...

Its just something thats part of the stock browser on this phone. And its not all pages, just ones that are predominantly white, like the google home page. The only fix that i know of so far, is just to use a different browser.

I thought it was the autobrightnes so I turned it off
