Best phone under $200 for $30/month plan

I'm going to start using T-Mobile's $30/month 100 min of talk, unlimited text and data plan. I was wondering what phone I should get. I would like to keep it under $200 no contract. I would be mainly using the phone for texting, reading PDFs, and browsing the web. I'll be rooting it and installing Cyanogen Mod. Is there an awesome phone out there that meets my specifications?

Invest the extra $200 and get the Galaxy Nexus. I was going to get the Samsung Exhibit II with T-Mobile until I saw the Nexus.

Good luck - $200 (unless you want to buy used) is a tough price point for a new, unlocked phone for T-Mobile.

Just invest in the extra 200$ for the Galaxy Nexus, it will be worth it, no one wants to be stuck with a crap phone

People that are not heavy phone users don't want to spend $400 on a phone. I'd never spend that much.

Couple good options under $200:

LG G2x
Galaxy S 4G

Using a Galaxy S 4G now. Picked up a new one about 4 months ago for $200. If I was buying now I'd get a used G2X.
