Friend and I are both on T-Mobile. We used to consistently get at least 4-6mbps in our apartment building in SF on Speedtest results. Loading webpages and the occasional vid was never a problem. But it seems like things have drastically worsened recently. Earlier today while we were watching TV, we noticed that our download speeds were sometimes going as low as 500kbps. The more interesting part was the way our phones were pinging from servers in Kansas (me) and CO (him). I'm on an LG G2x and he's on a G2, both which are HSPA+ 21mbps phones.
Any chance someone could shed light on what's going on?
