That really depends on the coverage and congestion in your area. I switched from T-Mobile to Straight Talk because there were too many places where my speed was too slow to use, or I wouldn't get signal at all.

True but if phone A has a stronger radio than phone B than phone B speeds are gonna be slower regardless of what HSPA+ version u are on

This is my N4 on T-Mobile, in Northwest Virginia (Winchester). I cheated and did it at 4 in the morning

When everyone is awake the ping time drops to about 80-100ಠ_ಠ
