    Question. If you purchased a phone with the value plan and installment plan, what happens if you cancel the account after the return period? Do you have to pay both an ETF and the balance of the Installment plan?

    More than likely yes. I migrated to value and didn't get a phone but still had to agree to the ETF structure.
