Using Nexus 5 with T-Mobile Prepaid. There is a list of APN's to choose from. However, one is already selected? What are the differences in the unselected ones?

    *MetroPCS
    fast.metropcs.com

    *T-Mobile
    fast.t-mobile.com

    *T-Mobile GPRS

    *T-Mobile GPRS (selected by default)
    fast.t-mobile.com

Although, I understand Metro PCS uses T-mobile, why are there 3 different T-Mobile APNs to choose from? Thanks in advance to whomever can enlighten me.

Don't use APN with GPRS. It might be for older devices and might not support high speed (4G/HSDPA+ etc).
Go with plain T-Mobile or erase current APN (make note about details) and download latest from TMo website...
