Please Help- Buyers remorse with insurance replacement
I went into the Tmobile store locally and bought a MT 4g for full retail price. I immediately insured the phone through Assurion.
I lost the phone, got a replacement and now Tmobile will not take back the phone because its not the original phone that I purchased.
Is this right? Any suggestions?

Take it back??? Are you trying to return the replacement device? Why? If this is the case how long since you purchased the first device and the time you "lost" your first device, and now... in other words give me purchase date, lost date and the date you tried to return the device. I'm guessing this was not in the 14 day trial period.
I'm going to reserve any further judgement until I hear some more details.
