    Default Nexus S warranty issues!!

I bought the nexus s from best buy about 3 months ago... and now its not holding a charge. I have had android phones for over 3 years so im very familiar with battery life and how to manage it. I am only getting 2 hrs in a full 3g area.. needless to say i need a new battery. SOOOO i went to att and was trying to figure out warranty information and cust support had know idea that the phone existed. And they had me do a full reset and see if that help. (which i had done 3 times already ) (and ps... my phone is stock and not rooted )So my question is... who will warranty my phone if att dosent. Has anyone had to warranty out an Nexus S through att? What was the process if so?

Thanks in advance for all of your help.!!

3 mo is w/i Samsung warranty.call them and bring your sales receipt and warranty book to where you bought it, presuming they are an authorized reseller.
