Default Third Party 3800 mah Batteries

Has anyone tried these for the Nitro HD? What else have people done to improve battery life?

I have purchased the 3800 may battery, it does help, i was getting 4 hours prior to change out of battery, Now I'm getting through the day.

Keep in mind, i use bluetooth, wireless, netflix, and other apps frequently through the day. the display seems to use most of the battery resources in my opinion.

I have had the phone as of the post for 3 weeks and have another week for evaluation. think I'm keeping it dispute the battery issue,

i to went and purchased a 3800ah battery because as soon as i bought this Nitro i noticed that battery life sucks.
    i'm happ with mine.

one 'problem' i noticed with the larger battery.....can't find a good protective case that will allow the thicker phone.

with the larger battery, i was also given a thicker back to replace the old one to allow for the thicker battery. i love the size but would love to get a case for it and can't find anyone that has them.
any of you have any ideas?

Has anyone tried one of the soft rubber/silicone cases? They may not be as protective as a Ballistic case, but they might stretch enough to fit.

I have the silicone case and it most likely will not fit the extended battery case. I just ordered a 3900mah battery so I will let you know.

I know you are asking about a different phone than mine., the slll , but I did get the extended battery 4300, it is aftermarket, but it came with 2 batteries and an external charger, and an extended phone back and a rubber silicone case. This all works for me really well. I have a hard time with batteries going dead. I work in a Radiology department at a hospital, so all the walls are lead lined and our phones search for signal all day. I truly believe this is why our phone batteries run down pretty fast thru the day. I make sure my phone is charged all the way and the back up battery is charged and I am great for all day. The seller said the cycle these batteries 12 times for maximum performance. I did and it wasn't that hard since mine run down at work. Of course I got this setup off Ebay. Good luck
