From what I read, you guys really don't want Kit Kat at this point in its development. If you would like to have trouble with WiFi and the SD card storage, go ahead and wish for it. Be happy with JellyBean

I've read a few things on this and I'm not totally clear. Does this mean there will be issues with CD players/receivers and MP3's stored on the phone? Problems with transferring files? Videos not able to be saved to the SD if wanted? The stock camera app can still save to SD, right?

I understand that Samsungs version of Android continues to allow use of the microSD cards. Take a look at the new Galaxy S5!

Its just crippled. Very few apps now will have access to WRITE to the memory card. I found this out the hardway. One of the only reasons I keep buying Samsung is because they always had fantastic Memory card integration. BUT with this turn of events I'll take my business elsewhere. Sorry to rant but I find it ridiculous that I now cannot use Spotify, RDIO, Rhapsody, Beats music and am forced to use Google's All Access to save to external memory. Which irks me because I have about 19GB of music I had to redownload.

At least I have the choice of a sd card.

I am holding judgements till I have it. So far the only complaint I have seen is this sd card concern. My guess is the problem can be fixed with a app update.

I have a 64 GB no need for a sd.

That is your opinion. Allot of people disagree with that. It is largely based on use case. and that wasn't the point. The point is we have a choice to use one or not.

I always have trouble with Wi-Fi as it is. And the GPS. Kit Kat or not I can't wait til the Z2 or New One comes out.

True. But in all honesty, on board memory is far faster then added SD memory. I'd prefer on board anyday.

WiFi is terrible. It constantly drops or says it is a week connection.

I agree with you. Onboard memory is by far better then any SD Card. But until we can get phones with 128GB plus internal storage the thought of getting rid of SD cards just won't get much traction with some. Personally it is hit or miss for me. There are times I want it and times I don't really care. It really depends on what I am doing.
