Flip Cover weather always shows 0 degree Fahrenheit ? . . . .

The Flip Cover window on my Note 3 always shows 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
When I go to Settings => General => Accessory => Select info shown cover (& tap on it)
=> with Weather turned on, I tap on Weather, I get Unfortunately, Settings has stopped.
I really don't want to do a factory reset & then have to reload data if there is another way around this problem.
I know sometimes an app can cause this problem.
Anyone have any suggestions?

That will happen if you disabled some system app/service that the weather app uses. Try turning back on (temporarily) all your disabled apps. Also, if you disabled background data for any apps, reset that.
