Note 3 Black Screen/Freezing Issue

Recently I had to get a new Note 3 replacement because I cracked my screen. I noticed that sometimes when I leave my phone charged overnight (let alone leave it inactive when I sleep) it seems to freeze and I have to manually restart it. I swapped batteries the other day due to the fact it would reboot constantly and the new battery helped somewhat, but it rebooted a couple times on the new battery yesterday. I even took out my SD card and I haven't put it back in. My last option seems to be a third party app possibly being the culprit. Not sure how to go about this and I never had this issue with my other Note 3. Please help and thanks in advance.
