Upgrade Note 3

Hello

I am new to this forum. I have Note 3 from AT&T with factory unlock which I have been "happily" using for the past 4 yrs now. I am not based in USA and bought this phone off eBay. The seller has given me the unlock code as given by AT&T. The current version of Android is 4.3

The problem:- Most of the apps have now stopped functioning on my phone including Facebook and recently Yahoo mail. They are working fine on my Samsung Tab with Android 5.1

I want to upgrade the OS to whatever is the latest supported by Note 3. Obviously when I do OTA upgrade it contacts AT&T server and returns the message no updates available. What so I do to upgrade to whichever is the latest OS?

Welcome to Android Central! I think AT&T might make it hard to update the OS if you're not on their network. You could try using Odin to manually install it: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html

Thanks. Just a quick question. Will hard reset remove factory unlock keys?
