Moving Applications to SD Card

From my understanding, it is possible to move applications to an SD card if you are rooted. I have a rooted 16gb Samsung Galaxy S4 (AT&T version). Can someone explain or give me direction on how to accomplish this?

There is no way to just move apps to SD card like you used to be able to, unfortunately.

Thanks! I will check out the XDA. I may just have to trade in the 16 for a 32.
