not recieving group text replies

I unregistered my iphone, turned on group messaging, but I'm not receiving the replies. The people I group text have iphones and recieve my texts but I dont recieve their replies. Help?

Welcome to Android Central. Try downloading and using Handcent SMS app let me know if that resolves the issue

you mentioned unregistering your iphone, did you specifically unregister your Imessage account?

Lets try this first:
From Itunes
Go to Store
View My Apple ID. (Type your password in).
After the page loads, in the "iTunes in the Cloud" section.
Press Mange Devices
Remove your phone from the list
