Can't save hq photos on Chrome

For some reason I'm now having this weird issue on my Galaxy S4 where I can't save high quality photos on Chrome or the defualt browser on the phone. The screen will only give me the option to save pictures if it is really low quality. I downloaded the firefox app and I can save HQ pics on that, but I'd really like to fix Chrome back to the way it was. I tried re-installing and that didn't work. Any ideas? It worked fine before and I've been on KitKat since March.

What do you mean? Only Google can fix it? Well they better fix it or I'm sticking with Firefox.

Simple google writes the code for chrome and distributes it so unless someone makes a specific tweak for it on mobile only google can fix it
It might of been a security concern you know how people love to go oh crap they can steal my pics and complaint to Google people even try to sue ridicules as it is they must of had a reason??
