Default New Update - Galaxy S4?

Woke this morning with option to update phone software. Delayed as I haven't heard of any updates. Any information on this update would be appreciated.

It doesn't specify. BTW, the screenshot is of my phone’s current status.

I doubt it is a major update. Probably some bug fixes, and some updates are needed to go to the next Android version, be it incremental like 4.4.4., or major like from 4.3 to 4.4.

Got it. Usually, AT&T gives users some type of heads-up. Oh well...

I may be confused but I dont think that is new. The last update I took was C1.

    I have a newer Kernal rev 3.4.0-1125940, dated Mar 25 2014

iirc, it was a small update and did not alter the 4.4.2 rev number

    (from ATT):

"Effective March 24, 2014, a software update for the Samsung Galaxy S 4 running Android 4.4.2 will be available to AT&T customers. This update contains an enhancement for customers using the premium version of the Lookout application and is 19MB in size. Customers who are running Android 4.3 will be updated to 4.4.2 and the download size will 421MB. Customers who are running Android 4.2 will be updated to Android 4.4.2 and the download size will be 850MB. The update is available to download over Wi-Fi only."
