Computer stopped recognizing my Galaxy S4

Until today, everything was working fine. But now my computer is not recognizing my S4. When I plug in the cord it charges the phone, but I can't access it. Any thoughts?

Do you see the notification when you plug in? If not check Settings--> Storage-->navigation right button -->USB computer connection > Media device (MTP)/ Camera PTP

You've got me on a couple of things. Which notification are you referring to? I see that the phone is charging. And I'm not sure what the right navigation button is.

You might have fixed this already, but switching USB ports or USB cables can fix that problem sometimes.
