Will Sprint GS4 Work on AT&T Network?

My Sprint GS4 is both CDMA and GSM-capable (aka global), and I want to soon change to an AT&T monthly service plan.
Has anyone here had their Sprint GS4 successfully unlocked for use on AT&T's GSM network, using an AT&T sim card?

Looks like my Sprint phone will work on AT&T, but it will not receive 4G LTE. I believe it would cost $120 - $300 to buy an unlocked GSM phone that's fully compatible with AT&T's network - ouch.
