Did I ruin my battery?
About a week and half ago I was using my Infuse with the Navigation dock while plugged in. I hadn't looked at the phone in awhile and I picked it up and there was a symbol of a battery with a warning sign and a temperature gauge on it, then it went off. Every since this it seems like my battery doesnt last very long. Before that I could get what I would call decent usage, almost all day with moderate use. Now if I use it some during the day (few webpages, facebook, text, etc..) i get nothing. Today I unplugged it at 7 am and now its 4:45 pm and I'm am showing 23% with 3 hrs 39 mins left (via Juice Plotter). Is there a way to check the health of the battery? Did I ruin it?

Re: Did I ruin my battery?
I would suggest to watch your phone over the next few days to test it out,and that's great that you already have JuicePlotter to monitor it.Try to see what heavy, moderate, and low usage does to the phone and change some of the settings in your phone to help more with battery life.If you feel like it isn't performing to what you think is good, then look at getting a newer one.

The battery is under warranty from AT&T. Call the warranty department at 1-800-801-1101 and they will send you a replacement.

Re: Did I ruin my battery?
Got my phone back yesterday and wanted to see if anyone here could tell me if the problem they fixed was legit. It had a paper with my phone that said "SW/PRL wouldnt update". The solution said "sw updated, passed all functionality tests, prl updated".....Would any of that have to do with my battery not holding a charge?
