Samsung Infuse Broke :(

My samsung infuse is broken. It is frozen on the start up screen, the only thing that pops up are white samsung letters, and when it is plugged in it flashes the battery sign. I already recieved a new phone through ATT because it was under warrenty, but when i inserted my SD card and SIM card, NOTHING transfered, none of my personal photos/videos/music and no contacts. I checked with gmail to see if it saved under google play and nothing saved through there. Does anyone know what I can do to get my personal photos off my phone? I tried to plug it into the computer, but my computer wont even recognize the device because the phone technically wont even turn on. Does anyone have any advice for me? I'm so upset that I lost all of my memories...I thought the entire time I had the phone, that it was saving to my external SD card and it never did. Is there anything I can do? Or are there any stores out there that can perform some type of data recovery? I've already contacted Samsung and ATT about this and they have no answers for me?

oh and I have also tried the whole hard reset thing, where you hold the volume buttons and power buttons in a bunch of different ways, and that didn't work so I think that means that my 3 button thing is disabled
