I bought a few micro-USB chargers so I could leave them in various offices and apartments where I spend a lot of time. I didnt realize that chargers come different strengths, the chargers I got may have been around 0,5 amp output at 5 volts. Needless to say they charge the phone very slowly - one of them enev seems to drain the battery instead of charging it. But the listings I see for chargers seldom specify the output. I suppose the one AT&T sells would work but at $30US each I'm guessing that a better deal can be found, Any suggestions?

I made the same damn mistake!

The same thing can happen with a lighter plug adapter.

I am thinking that ones that dont lift tge voltage but state they are rated for the iPhone 3gs and greater should have the right output. I may even try a left over one myself tonight.
