Awesome, thanks for posting! The CWM instructions are totally do-able/understandable for a newb like me. As for the Odin instructions, you completely lose me at "Flash included .tar.md5 package as PDA."

But I will probably use the CWM method anyway, as I also want to try the Infused ROM and the instructions for that are to use ROM Manager.

One quick question... when you say "it will wipe your phone," does this include deleting my contacts? I don't mind re-installing my apps from the Market, but I can't afford to lose my contacts. Thanks! I'm looking forward to taking the leap...

Are your contacts through Google? If so, Google saves them already. Or you can back up your contacts though AT&Ts Online Locker.

EDIT: BTW, thats not a bad looking Gingerbread Style ROM. Great work!

Some are hard input and some are through Google and Facebook. I'll look into the Online Locker. Not a bad idea to back them up anyway!
