Wife has a Pantech Crossover. AT&T carrier.
Smallest data plan, She mainly uses the internet just under wireless networks.
Since she only has about 2 days before her billing cycle resets last night she turned on her mobile networks so she could check something.
The moment she did so all of her SMS messages with image attachments she had been "sending" over the last month actually sent.
One of her coworkers said she has the same issue, when mobile data network is disabled SMS with media attachments (pics) are not actually sent.
Is this an AT&T issue? Is this how all android phones work?
Can someone suggest a free app that can get an android phone that is connected to wireless and phone service (no mobile data service) to send picture messages via SMS?
