Pantech Burst Messaging Problems
What's up Fourm?
I got the Pantech Burst on April 11, and it has been working great. When I got to April 13, I noticed that I had not been receiving messages from contacts at all. (I found out from a friend who said she sent a reply and I never got it and the same happened last night) My question is has anyone with this phone have this happen to them and if there are any solutions so I can fix it. - 04-15-2012, 04:12 PM #2
Had a similar problem with my wife's burst...but it was more with mms. Had to call tech support and have them reset and the re-initialize the device on the network and all of the messenging problems were solved. Hope this helps...
