    Default Furious with AT&T!!!

    I have had continued family plan service with AT&T since 2004. One of our lines was eligible for an upgrade on the 20th of this month. My mouth was starting to water for the Galaxy Note especially with the price starting to come down. Today I rechecked that eligibility and it has moved out 6 MONTHS!!!!! Why? Because last month my service was shut off for 15 minutes! Did I forget to pay? Yes. Should I pay my bills on time? Yes. But again, it was disconnected for 15 minutes! I immediately went on line and paid the balance in full.
    My punishment? A yanked upgrade.
    Assholes!

    I did and was "brick walled" by the rep I talked to. The transfer to a manager was mysteriously disconnected. I haven't had a chance to call back - I'm at work - but will when I get home.
    They would have had my family for 2 more years if I still had that upgrade but to yank it from me after being a customer since 2004, I'm done. It's principle now.
