Default Unlimited LTE data plan?.... 5GB Cap!

For those with unlimited LTE plans, has AT&T been strict on the 5GB throttle cap?

From what I've read, you'll get a warning the first month you hit the 5GB soft limit. They won't throttle you.

But the next month you go over, they'll start throttling you.

Are these grandfathered plans? I didn't think there was an unlimited LTE plan.

Mine is grandfathered, for new customers I think 5gig is the limit with the individual plans for now.

I went over 3GB with the grandfathered data plan on my iPhone and they did slow me down, but I still could do everything. Streaming Netflix still worked, just not well.

A rep told me when they throttle you on the 4g lte its like going down to 3g. I go over every month and cant tell too much.
