Good Deal?
So I go into a At&t store with the wife today and tell the guy we want to switch from sprint but were on the fence because of their limited data so he gave me what I Think is a good deal the 10gb share plan for two smartphones carrier insurance for just 153 (employer discount) but I want to know on average how much data do you guys use with at&t?

Re: Good Deal?
I have unlimited data and I usually use 4 or 5 gigs on cellular BC I have wifi try and use wifi as much as possible but yea depending on your data appetite I would go for it but be warned they do throttle without any reguard you'll be down to sprint speeds after your allowence and that's 5 gigs apiece between you and your wife so grab your bill and add the monthly data usage for both lines and that will be your answer

Re: Good Deal?
I'm not lte. If you can suck as much wifi as you can and set a reminder limit. Then yes you should be good. I'm hspa+ but if those data speeds look attractive then yes go for it. What phones are you eye balling? There's a 32 or 64 gig. Version of the one x + on the way. It has a quad core lte a giant battery. Lots of android goodness and it should hit shelves before black friday

Re: Good Deal?
Just check the Sprint website and see what sorta data your whole account has used over the past 6 months. Thats the best information for you. I by my self normally use 500megs - 1.5gigs depending on the month. I also have WiFi at home and office so that helps out a lot.

Re: Good Deal?
well in that case. you mite want to consider the galaxy note or note 2. because you can buy extended or spare batteries, as where the one x or one x+ will have a fixed battery. now you can buy battery cases it's the same shell as the one x. therefore the ones for the one x should fit just as well. idk what kind of budget your on, but it's worth looking into. it's your money your taste your discretion. YOUR CHOICE!!! so in that regard when it comes down to it your signing on the dotted line. don't let us all dictate a phone over the one you want. because we don't have to live with it you do. so compare your options and see whats best for you my friend.
now remember that japaneese carrier just bought controlling intrest in sprint. giving them a much needed capital boost to improve the service. then they bought controlling intrest into clear wire for 4g spectrum. so that means wimax is dead. So in the coming months/year/years. sprint just mite be a real contender. if your willing to jump ship i must warn you i've been an at&t customer since 2008. they have been good but sometimes down rite evil. as all carriers are. i stuck with them because verizons too over priced and i get decent to Superior service where i live. so just get a prepaid pos phone just to test the cell reception on at&t vs sprint for your area worst cae your out 40 bucks but you'll get a feel for spotty service especially if your on a train

Re: Good Deal?
I usually use about 2.5gb a month. It sounds like in your situation you'll be all good sharing the 10gb plan with your wife.
