Do it, Do it, Do it!! I made the switch two days ago and it is seriously night and day. I had no 4g and abysmal 3g on sprint. I'm averaging 35-50mbps down on at&t's lte network. Dont know where your located but so far, I have nooo regrets. As far as phones, I have the GS3 and love it. Depending on ur OS of choice will help determine which phone you should get. Seeing att carries android, ios and windows you have a good selection. Just pick a phone thats you. Cant go wrong there.

Get the Note 2 if you can handle the bigger screen. Otherwise get a the S3.
