Hampton Roads data speeds

Has anyone seen much faster speeds lately? I'm getting 8-10 down and 2-3 up, where I'd been lucky to hit 3 down on HSPA. Maybe LTE is not too far off?

I am dreaming of my unlimited LTE! Yes I have seen speeds increase lately also in Virginia Beach. Lots of tower work going on but it is hard to tell bc Sprint is also upgrading the area to LTE. This was taken by Bayside Rec by Shore Drive:
