For those with an LTE enabled phone on AT&T you should start to see LTE around the Harrisburg area. It looks like its coming online in sections because I got it at my house but when I got to work in Harrisburg city it wasn't there. I live outside of the city and it's turned on there. So hopefully we'll see it turned on completely pretty soon.

Oh and I did a speed test from my house where the LTE signal was pretty high. I don't know what good LTE speeds are but tonight I got 11mb down and 4mb up. In comparison when I was in Orlando earlier this year I got 17mb down and nearly 6mb up.

I can get it at work but not at my house, which is still in Harrisburg. Is it safe to say if you get 4g, that you will also get a Lte signal when it's turned on all the way?

35mb down and 16mb up? Holy crap how is that possible? I just did a second test this morning and I got up to 14mb down and 9mb up. I'll have to do more tests and see.

No my phone says LTE when I did those tests. I based my speeds off of Orlando, FL when I was down there on vacation recently and I got 17mb down so I thought that was a typical AT&T LTE speed.

The bottom test from February is Orlando and the top 2 tests are just in the last 2 days in Harrisburg but 2 different locations in my area.

Yeah it's on in the city now. You should see LTE on your phone now. But I would expect it to be fully online within a few days since it just came on Wednesday

It has been around for a few months but the official announcement was just like a week ago I believe.

Wow that is crappy for LTE. I left Verizon last year. Had no complaints for the 2 years I was with them. I thought their service in central pa was really good. I only left because I didn't like any of the phones they had when I was ready to upgrade.

Haha! I'm originally from the Harrisburg area. Specifically Lemoyne. Now living in Los Angeles, CA. Love the weather here except lately it starts to feel a bit like PA at night.

It all depends on the the size carrier frequency is being used in Harrisburg. I believe AT&T is only using a 5 MHz carrier which isn't going to be like some other areas with a 10 MHz carrier, so in fact not all is equal when it comes to upload/download speeds.

You wouldn't say that if you were in PA right now
