Rumors about Blackberry's Z10 release but how about the HTC One?

I've heard a lot more talk about Blackberry's new Z10 coming to AT&T on the 22nd, but how about the all new HTC One? I know there have been shortages but hasn't stopped the US from getting there hands on the new One?

The HTC One is probably where I'll be heading. Read some of Phil's hands on review/comments here and you'll see what an impressive device it is. The Blackberry looks good too, but I"m skeptical to buy a phone from a company with one foot in the grave. Plus app makers have been jumping off the Blackberry ship for the past couple of years. And the lack of the type of apps I use would be a concern to me.
