    Default AT&T Return Policy

My contract is up with Verizon next month and I want to give AT&T a try. I only get 3G at work and I want to see if I can get 4G off of AT&T's network. Is there a restocking fee or do they not return the activation fee? Thanks in advance.

There is a $35.00 restocking fee and I believe if you cancel you have to pay first month's bill. Someone correct me

Photon is correct but you can ask for them to credit the amount back if your an older customer. Its what I did.

Just ask a co-workers if they have AT&T phones and ask if they get LTE ... either way to be honest even if You don't get LTE coverage at work with AT&T it would still be much better with AT&T because most likely you will get HSPA + and even without that the old 3G network is much faster then Verizon's CDMA 3G network
