First question,

I am due for an upgrade in the ATT Next plan and was thinking of snagging the new LG G3...Wasn't sure what everyone's thoughts are on the device?

I am also having several issues with my ATT S4...For example I am noticing alot of phone crashes, or app crashes, or freezes. I did root my phone but never flashes a ROM mainly cause I'm an ***** and couldn't figure it out...so with that said, not sure I want to reset the phone and start over but am not sure there's an alternative.

For the crashes, you can try rebooting into recovery and clearing the cache. see if that helps.
