Provided you have it networked/shared properly the easiest way is to access your PC via your tablet and copy to wherever you want it. Keep in mind some android folders are read only by default, but your documents and whatnot should be writeable. Might want to check Airdroid if you want a more user friendly access method, or just connect it directly via USB.
