Sorry if this is the wrong place. I have an unrooted Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) which needed some repairs so I backed up apps to Dropbox with Helium Premium. When I went to restore them the Dropbox just sits there with a blue rotating arrow that says "Loading". Does it take a long time for them to load? Really don't want to lose the data from the games I played.
