Default App that is an IDE+interpreter with contextual help.

I'm looking for a tablet-optimized app that is an integrated development environment and interpreter for a computer language. My intended purpose is for problem solving, when I need to write a program to help solve a problem.

It doesn't really matter to me what language it uses, as long as the app has full contextual help for the language, and is optimized for tablet use.

By way of comparison, the sort of thing I am looking for would be like Quick Basic 4.5, but with an interface optimized for a tablet, and with a language capable of taking full advantage of the SOCs and memory in modern tablets.
