Tag Heuer Connected 'THEMED' Watchface

Actually, I suffer from the same issue! I'm really pissed and have sent some tickets to Tag Heuer support. No reply yet...

Any thoughts?

I have the same issue !! I don't recall having this problem until recently. Could it be due to a system upgrade I did recently for the watch ?

I noticed that the connected android app also simulates this problem. If I select a white chronograph face and then switch to another face and back to chronograph face it defaults back to black face. Wondering if it is the android app issue

I have had the same issue using iOS10.
First I logged in to the TAG Heuer Connected side verified that my watch is registered and that my homelocation is set. I also set metric for the messures.
After that I opened the Google News & Wheather App in there the Settings and changed the wheather information to my homelocation.
After that I rebooted the watch and everything worked fine for me.
