Problem - Ambassador & Exclusive faces keep resetting to default

Hi guys,

Have anyone encountered a problem, when Tag changes Ambassador or Exclusive watch face to default one? I dont know what triggers it, but sometimes I cannot even to change it back - it reverts the same second.
It happens if I change face via watches or via app (android wear and Tag Heuer). I tried re-registration with my phone. Tried full reset. Nothing helps.

Any thoughts?
