Touch and hold a message you want to delete, and then select the message(s) you want to remove. Tap Delete or Delete all located at the bottom

If it's stock Samsung message app like mentioned choose one message with long press but tap all at the top left

To delete all messages in the Messages app on the A73, open the app, tap the three-dot menu, choose "Select all," then click the trash bin icon to delete all messages. Confirm the deletion to remove them.
