bought an alcatel onetouch used its been hard reset and it asks for original google accounts

it asks for the original accounts and passwords by owner and will not let me get anywhere with it i bought it used and noone knew the old ones and i hard reset it and during the reset proses of setting it back up it ask for the origanl google accounts what do i do so i may set my phone up for me and use it
