Android Central Question
Hi,
I have an LG G8x Thin Q. (previously had one with no issues)
When I make a call to anyone, they can hear me perfectly, but whenever THEY try to speak THEY get terrible feedback/crackling/screeching sounds. This happens no matter the app I use for the call or for video call. If I swap to a bluetooth device - such as using my car - the problem ceases. I've tried my simcard in other devices and there are no problems whatsoever, so I can only assume it's my device.
Any ideas what could be causing the issue?
To reiterate - it only happens when the other person talks and the horrible sound is only apparent on their handset. I can hear them fine and they can hear me fine, but when they try to speak the problem occurs.
Thank you
