cant get notifications from apps

How many apps do you have installed? If it isn't a huge number, you could share the list here and maybe someone might recognize one as being suspicious.

Dozens of apps.. Its an S8 so you can guess I own it for a while now...

It still suggests that something you installed is causing the interference. The challenging part now is to figure out what -- that can be tedious, because you might have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away. If the issue started recently, then start with apps you recently installed or updated.

So... I deleted all the games and all the apps I dont use .
The problem is solved and i received notification from youtube !!!
Could it be the clean master ?

Aha! It very well could be Clean Master (this is why I asked before about any apps that supposedly "clean" or "boost" your phone). We always recommend staying far away from anything Cheetah Mobile makes, because (a) apps like Clean Master are unnecessary, (b) Cheetah typically throws in a lot of unwanted "features" that interfere with normal phone functioning, and (c) most importantly, Cheetah engages in a lot of shady behavior that has gotten them banned from the Play Store multiple times.

You can try reinstalling apps one by one (except for anything by Cheetah) and seeing if the problem comes back.
