Connectivity Issues with Android 9

Hi,

Android geeks I need your help !

We have connectivity issues with Android 9 running on a ruggedised PDA (Unitech PA760).

Randomly you get a cross by the 4G signal and all connectivity stops. The manufacturer is looking into it for use but the issue has been ongoing for weeks now.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this ? If you turn off 4G sometimes 3G starts to work but not always.

It seems specific to 02 and Vodafone networks on this device. The same SIMs in other devices work fine.

Appreciate any thoughts. Its almost like when it tries to connect to a certain mast the connection fails. A power cycle will usually fix it.
