Dark mode not turned on

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 with Android 13. I do not want Dark Mode. I have everything I can find that says Dark turned off. However, when I go to some websites such as amazon, the background is dark. Am I missing something? The background is black so I am assuming this is what is called dark mode. Yes my display settings are set to Light. Thanks.

Is this in chrome ?
