Help me fix my LG G2 cell phone it will not turn on or charge

LG G2 cell phone has stopped working last week it had a Error window popped up and it said, unfortunately, Network management has stopped working so I reported it and it kept on popping up 5 x I reset it Narrow window kept on popping up I remove the battery and put it back in now my phone does not work and it does not charge
