How to use HotSpot with no limits

I have a Tmobile plan with a HotSpot limit of 7 GB, and because I live in a ranch with no cable or phone lines, my main internet signal for my laptop, TV, Ipad, etc., is my HotSpot signal coming from my HTC M9.
I tried FoxFi already but is consuming the same amount of data than the hotspot app at my phone.
I tried PDANet connected by USB and still using a lot of Hotspot data.
I'm at 7GB of usage since Jul/7, for 13 days, and cant use video anymore.

You'd need to have root access and either use a rom that has no limit tethering or edit the build.prop to manage that.

Assuming that the limiting isn't being done at TMobile's end (which is what it sounds like), in which case there's nothing you can do.
