It's been 3 days that I can't pull my notifications bar down, and I have searched a lot for this and found a forum link having same problem as mine, but the users don't satisfy us both (I guess). Here's the link: Android 4.2.2 notification bar not responding - xda-developers

Things what I did:

1. Function reset.
2. Restart.
3. Tried pulling down.
4. Uninstalled some apps.
5. Updated my OS to newer version.
6. Every single app works perfectly.
7. I have AVG Anti-Virus.
8. I asked Sony Xperia team on Yahoo Answers (not personally, but publicly).

Well, that's all I did, I currently don't have any SIM card in it. I haven't made any calls yet. I played games like Dead Trigger 2 (I think this game may not be the case to make my notifications bar to damage). I believe there is a cause, it happened on October when I first tried using USB debugging but I didn't do it. After that my phone and my PC got hanged, so after that I can't use my phone while charging, it goes berserk when I touch the screen. The screen is functioning by itself when I touch it while charging. Well, it even hangs when I try touching the notifications bar. I haven't done anything yet. Is there any way to work this out? Is this a glitch problem? How can I fix if this is a glitch problem?
